• Ready-to-ship items

• Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days

Luxury Jewelry Line

• Made-to-order and custom-made items

• Estimated production and delivery time: 2–3 weeks

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. If any significant delay occurs, we will inform you accordingly.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed after payment confirmation

• Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout

• We deliver to residential and commercial addresses only

• Delivery to public places (e.g. hotels, malls, restaurants, or roadside locations) is not possible

We do not provide tracking numbers.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Please ensure that:

• The delivery address is complete and accurate

• The recipient is available to receive the order
