a) Everyday Jewelry Line

  • Ready-to-ship items

  • Non-customised products

  • Stocked items

b) Luxury Jewelry Line

  • Made-to-order and custom-made pieces

  • Includes lab-grown diamond jewelry

  • Produced specifically upon order

4. Orders & Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance.

An order is considered accepted only once you receive a shipping or order confirmation email from us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to cases of:

  • Payment authorisation failure

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Suspected fraud

  • Failure to meet these Terms

If payment has already been made, any cancelled order will be refunded accordingly.

5. Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in AED

  • Prices shown are final prices

  • VAT is not applicable as the business is currently not VAT registered

  • Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.

6. Payment

We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout, including credit/debit cards and other UAE-supported payment providers.

By submitting payment details, you confirm that:

  • The information provided is correct

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by payment authorisation failures.

Everyday Jewelry Line

  • Delivery time: 3–5 working days within the UAE

Luxury Jewelry Line

  • Delivery time: 2–3 weeks

  • All luxury items are made to order

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you of any significant delays.

All orders are insured until delivery. Responsibility for the product transfers to you once the order is delivered to the provided address.

8. Returns & Refunds

Everyday Jewelry Line

  • Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Return eligibility is subject to inspection

Luxury Jewelry Line (Custom-Made Items)

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges

  • All luxury jewelry is made to order and customised specifically for you

Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website—including text, images, product designs, logos, trademarks, layout, and graphics—is the property of Malay Label or licensed to Belle Diamonds FZE.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any Website content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
